These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 2500Divorce.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by 2500Divorce.com, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2500Divorce.com is a service that connects individuals seeking an uncontested divorce with independent, licensed attorneys who have agreed to handle qualifying matters at a flat fee. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal services. Legal services are provided solely by independent licensed attorneys, who are solely responsible for those services. See our Disclaimer SMS Policy.
Your use of the Site and any inquiry you submit do not create an attorney–client relationship with 2500Divorce.com, LLC. An attorney–client relationship is formed only by a signed written engagement between you and a licensed attorney.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The flat-fee service is available only for genuinely uncontested matters that meet the participating attorney’s criteria and the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction.
When you submit an inquiry, you authorize us to share the information you provide with one or more licensed attorneys in our network for the purpose of evaluating and, if appropriate, handling your matter. See our Privacy Policy.
Flat fees shown on the Site are for attorney services in qualifying uncontested matters and are subject to the written agreement between you and your attorney. Court filing fees and governmental costs are separate and billed at cost. We do not set, collect, or guarantee attorney fees except as expressly disclosed.
We do not guarantee any outcome, eligibility, timeline, availability of any particular attorney, or that your matter will qualify as uncontested.
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to 2500Divorce.com, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2500Divorce.com, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts, omissions, or legal services of any attorney. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2500Divorce.com, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your dealings with any attorney.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
